The Bend Chamber is pleased to showcase the ribbon cutting ceremony for Partners in Care on June 14. The new Hospice House, located at 2075 NE Wyatt Court, in Bend has been undergoing renovations for the past two years to build a more modern facility that can support double the number of patients and a new administrative building to support their growing team. Partners In Care is the largest provider of hospice, home health, and palliative care services across Central Oregon. As a nonprofit organization, our multi-disciplinary team not only serves patients and families but is also a valuable partner with other community resources and organizations, coordinating care and meeting a broad spectrum of needs for many population segments.
