We’re pleased to showcase the ribbon cutting ceremony and groundbreaking celebration  of RootedHomes’ Simpson Affordable Housing development on October 16. In partnership with Housing Works, the Simpson community will include 40 single-family homes all designed to goal net-zero energy standards and 59 rental garden-style walk-up apartments.
