Virginia Bailey, Design Staff 2, has joined Steele Associates Architects in Bend, Oregon. She attended University of Oregon, studied abroad in France and Vancouver, B.C., and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and minors in Interior Architecture and French. Virginia is a Certified Passive House Consultant and is experienced in project planning. She has been working with Team Members on a variety of projects including public, commercial, recreational, and childcare and education.
