Fellow Central Oregonians,

The 710 Properties team is pleased to announce that our application to rezone our property to rural residential is moving forward!

The public hearings officer has made a positive recommendation based on the facts presented during the first public hearing in April, and now we head to the Deschutes County Commission for a vote (date TBD).

Thank you for all your support throughout the public process. Our vision for a sustainable, off grid-capable housing community in Central Oregon is one step closer to reality.

We will be sure to let you all know when we have a date set for the second public hearing. We’ll need all the support we can get in the weeks and months to come.

As you might know, The Peaks 360 is what we’re calling our vision for this community – a name derived from the holistic approach we are taking to this important project.
