Kernutt Stokes Announces Ten Promotions

Kernutt Stokes, an Oregon-based accounting firm with four offices in the state, is pleased to announce its latest employee promotions: Nick Vitale, CPA, to director of Virtual Accounting; Claire Pahlmeyer, CPA, CIA, and Lita Mylenek, CPA, to managers; and Sam Cleary, CPA, Kim Dowe, CPA, Seth Hescock, Amy Johnson, CPA, and Aaron Kromer to senior associates; and Amity Carberry and Valerie White to Virtual Accounting senior associates.

- Nick Vitale, CPA, holds a Master of Accounting degree from University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He has been with the firm since 2013.

- Lita Mylenek, CPA, is a graduate of University of Oregon’s Lundquist School of Business where she earned Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She’s been with the firm for five years, working in the Eugene office.
- Claire Pahlmeyer, CPA, CIA, joined Kernutt Stokes in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (summa cum laude) from Pacific Lutheran University. She works in the firm’s Eugene office.

Senior Associates/Corvallis:

- Amity Carberry is an Oregon State University graduate and has been with Kernutt Stokes since 2021. She works on the Virtual Accounting team in the Corvallis office.

- Sam Cleary, CPA, has been with Kernutt Stokes for three years. He is an Oregon State University graduate and works in the Corvallis office.

- Kim Dowe, CPA, is an Oregon State University graduate. She has been with Kernutt Stokes for three years and works in the Corvallis office.

- Aaron Kromer started with Kernutt Stokes in 2021 after graduating from Oregon State University. He is in the Corvallis office.

Senior Associate/Bend:

- Seth Hescock, a graduate of Australian National University, has been with the firm for two years and works in the Bend office.

Senior Associates/Eugene and remote:

- Amy Johnson, CPA, has been working in the firm’s Eugene office for three years. She is a Concordia College graduate.

- Valerie White, a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton, has been with Kernutt Stokes for six years. She is a member of the Virtual Accounting team and works remotely.
