KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP and Price Fronk & Co., announced that their professional accounting and advisory firms merged on January 1, 2024. This merger combines the skills and expertise of two long-standing Oregon firms; KDP in Southern Oregon and Western Idaho and Price Fronk in Central Oregon. The dynamic union extends the footprint, reach and offerings of each company.  

KDP, LLP was founded in Oregon in the 1970s and provides tax, audit, advisory, valuation and wealth services. Bend-based Price Fronk & Co. has similar offerings in addition to a culture of relationship-building; both of which are great assets as they merge with KDP.

The merger solidified KDP’s regional presence with three core office locations—Medford, Oregon, Bend, Oregon and Boise, Idaho. ABOUT KDP, LLP 

KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP grew out of the firm begun in 1976 by Daniel Kosmatka when he purchased Deloitte’s (formerly Haskins & Sells) Medford, Oregon office, and later joined by Dennis Donnelly under the name Kosmatka Donnelly & Co.
