NAI Cascade is proud to announce that Managing Principal Broker, Katy Haines, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Cascades East Association of REALTORS® (CEAR) Commercial Services Committee. This appointment underscores NAI Cascade’s continued leadership and commitment to innovating commercial real estate in Central Oregon. 

The Commercial Services Committee strengthens CEAR’s commercial real estate sector by overseeing annual continuing education topics and hosting marketing meetings. It ensures CEAR meets NAR’s Commercial Accreditation standards and secures NAR’s Commercial Services Grant for specialized programming as well as awarding the CEAR’s Commercial Real Estate Transaction of the Year award.  

In her first 30 days as Vice Chair, Katy prioritized offering free continuing education credit at every Commercial Marketing Meeting. Held on the first Friday of each month, these meetings now feature relevant, focused content alongside networking and market updates. Meetings will be held at commercial brokerage offices or commercial listings to highlight opportunities in the market.
