Heart ‘n Home is excited to introduce our new Executive Director, Kira Buresh. Kira comes to us with nearly two decades of experience in the health care field.

Kira started her career in the Portland Metro Area at a skilled nursing facility and then later transitioned to community-based living in assisted and memory care communities, and then to acute care. Kira has been an operational manager as well as operational consultant throughout the country since the beginning of her career.

In addition to operations Kira has also worked in quality and regulatory compliance, project management, and safety and security throughout her career.

When asked what she loves most about her roles she had this to say: “I have a passion for seniors, families, my community, and the teams I work alongside. I am excited to join Heart ‘n Home and continue to build our organization in to the most trusted hospice in Central Oregon.”

When Kira is not at work you can find her with her son, a student at Ridgeview High School or with her daughter who lives in the area.
