Hasson Company Continues their dedication to Central Oregon with New Office

Bend, OR – October 30, 2020 – The Hasson Company is a Pacific Northwest brokerage that attracts and cultivates dynamic real estate leaders by adhering to the highest standards of practice and providing a collaborative environment for long-term success.

That success started in Central Oregon in 2005 when the Bend location was opened. Through all the market changes, including the 2008 housing crisis.

Hasson’s New Office Location in Bend

Hasson is excited to announce the next step in their commitment to Central Oregon with the relocation of their office to the Crane Shed Commons. This new location will allow Hasson and its brokers to continue to support and serve the community for another decade — and beyond.

The state-of-the-art space offers stellar views overlooking the Old Mill District, Deschutes River and Cascade Mountains, providing the perfect backdrop for Hasson brokers to operate and collaborate. In this space, our Central Oregon brokers will continue to lead their clients through the details and defining moments of their real estate transaction.

“As a local, independent real estate company, our move to the Crane Shed further demonstrates our long-term desire to be part of the wonderful Central Oregon community for many years to come,” Hasson CEO Steve Studley said. “We are grateful for all the consumers who have put their trust in our brokers and company to assist with their residential real estate needs for the past 15 years.”

During the buildout of the new space, Hasson utilized local vendors and materials in an effort to support Central Oregon businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. These local trades were instrumental in developing the interior timber details and expansive glass elements.

The space incorporates many elements of the region, including natural wood, glass and steel. All desk and tabletops were handcrafted utilizing reclaimed wood by Pacific Northwest based, Viridian Wood, who commits to plant a tree for every tabletop made.

“After 15 years in our Bend location, we are excited to move into our new home in the Crane Shed,” Hasson President Lynae Forbes said. “We strive to design and build collaborative and inviting spaces at all of our locations, but this space is truly our crown jewel. Our private patio is one of my favorite features; allowing for social distancing, while still permitting that critical human connectivity we all desire.”

Continued Dedication to Central Oregon

The opening of this new space happened in tandem with Hasson’s launch of their new brand set to launch on November 2. While the Hasson office may be moving and their look may be changing, one thing remains the same, their presence and involvement in Central Oregon. Hasson has been committed to serving the communities in Central Oregon, from the heart of downtown Bend to Redmond and Sisters, and south to Sunriver. The company is committed to deepening their roots in the region for the long term.

They have the right people, in the right place, doing their best work. At Hasson, you are always in good company.
