East Cascades Works requests your participation in a survey with Oregon’s employers on behalf of Oregon’s Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) and Workforce and Talent Development Board (WTDB). 

Capturing employer perspectives is critical to understanding the workforce landscape and guiding the state’s priorities and activities related to workforce development. 

The survey gauges employer perspectives on industry workforce gaps, existing talent sources and workforce programs, and opportunities to strengthen the talent pipeline to help guide the state’s priorities and activities related to workforce development. Your input would greatly inform this work. 

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. All information concerning individual respondents or survey identifiers will be kept confidential.
