COVID-19 Small Business Relief Grant in Deschutes County

Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council is supporting Deschutes County with a COVID-19 small business and non-profit grant program. This is a reminder that the application closes at 11:59 PM on Friday January 7, 2022. Please note that there is NO “first come, first served” aspect to this program. Any applications received by January 7 will be equally considered. Details can be found on the grant landing page.

  • The application requires businesses to submit their 2019 and 2020 tax returns, along with income information for 2021 to date. Businesses will also provide information on the grants/subsidies they’ve received to date from sources such as the PPP, EIDL, unemployment benefits (in the case of sole proprietors) and previous small business grant programs.
  • Applicants will be eligible (but not guaranteed) to receive up to the difference between their total losses plus their cost overruns, minus previously received grants.
