We are pleased to announce that Scott Wallace of The Wallace Group will be the 2020 Board of Directors Chair. Scott has served on the Executive Board for the past two years in the capacities of treasurer and, most recently, chairman elect. The Chamber thanks current Chair Vic Martinez of PayneWest Insurance for his service and dedication to the organization. Vic will take over the post of Past Chair and Coby Horton of US Bank will become Chair Elect on the Executive Board for 2020.

In addition to the changes to the Executive Board, Tia Lewis of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, Moe Carrick of Moementum, Inc., Katie Anderson of Aperion Management Group, and Preston Callicott of Five Talent Software will join the 2020 Board of Directors.

Thank you to Michael LaLonde of Deschutes Brewery and former Board Chair, Heather Hansen of Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis and former Board Chair, and Keith Dodge of Keith Dodge CPA, LLC, as they conclude their service on the Chamber board at the end of 2019. Each has served on the Chamber Board in a number of roles and their leadership and insights have been a driving force of the continued evolution of the Chamber over the last few years. It’s these forward thinking and active members of the community which keep Bend moving in the right direction. Tia Lewis

Tia Lewis celebrated her 26th anniversary as an Oregon lawyer this year having graduated cum laude with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis & Clark School of Law in 1993. She has practiced law in Central Oregon since that time focusing her practice areas in real estate and land use. Her experience includes all aspects of real estate development permitting and approvals.

Moe Carrick

Moe Carrick is founder and principal of Moementum, Inc., an Oregon based consultancy that believes people make organizations great. Her work helps brave people do the hard things that make organizations great and benefit people, results, partners, the environment, and the community.

Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Aperion Management Group, Central Oregon’s first and only Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) that specializes in Homeowners Association (HOA) management. She has over 20 years of experience in the HOA management industry and founded Aperion Management Group 11 years ago.

Preston Callicott

Preston Callicott is a co-founder and CEO of Five Talent Software, Inc. and has over 37 years of management experience in high-tech companies and consulting organizations. Preston brings deep experience running companies and managing consulting teams, processes and client relations.
