With a rapidly rising cost of living and a lack of attainable housing, alongside tight budgets and a competitive job market, recruiting and retaining employees in Central Oregon is becoming increasingly challenging.
To help, we’ve joined forces with our Bend Young Professionals program participants to understand first-hand how to attract and keep your valuable talent. We also surveyed local employers to discover their most significant challenges and learn what tactics they’ve implemented to increase retention. In this installment of What’s Brewing, you’ll walk away with some great inspiration as we explore out-of-the-box ideas on how to effectively invest in your staff, leading to increased loyalty and engagement.
Our panel has been specifically selected for its expertise in staffing, hiring, human resources, and workforce knowledge, ranging from the perspective of early/mid-career employees to seasoned professionals.
Join us on Tuesday, August 2, for this dynamic discussion!
Before and after our speakers, we’ll have plenty of time for networking — plus bites and beverages, including beer from Deschutes Brewery and cider from AVID Cider, as well as appetizers from OSU-Cascades.
