A Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Workshop for Bend Young Professionals
This is a highly interactive, 2.5 hour evening workshop where we have FUN learning why we exclude others, and how
having an inclusive mindset can elevate different aspects of our personal and work lives.
Participants will leave with a better understanding of the topic, real world examples, actionable goals and a
participant guide.

- Understand diversity – beyond the surface level
- Define and understand different types of bias
- Explore the SCIENCE of why we exclude others
- Learn techniques and strategies for good decision making
- Understand why being an inclusive leader/team member has benefits
- Engage in small group activities and conversation to learn from one another
