Cultivating Connection & Belonging in the Workplace—October 10–11

Two Day Workshop
October 10 & 11  |  8:30am–5:00pm | Worldmark Bend, Seventh Mountain Resort
Taught by: Diana Cutaia, Coaching Peace Consulting

Each day includes morning coffee and a light lunch.

Company culture is a common topic among leaders and HR professionals, but what does it truly entail in practice? What concrete steps can you take to cultivate a thriving workplace culture? While mission, values, and goals are essential aspects of culture, a sense of connection and belonging is equally important. Cultivating belonging is not just the right thing to do—it’s also a strategic imperative for organizational success. It helps make team members feel respected and valued, and motivates them to stay. Inclusive, diverse workplaces also drive innovation and creativity.

Our businesses, employees, and community will thrive when people feel welcomed and accepted in their workplaces and daily lives. The BendNEXT Foundation and Central Oregon SHRM are partnering to help address this need with a two-day workshop led by Diana Cutaia of Coaching Peace Consulting.

This engaging two-day workshop is tailored for organizational leadership, owners, boards of directors, HR professionals and others in a position to implement connection and belonging practices in their place of business. It aims to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to foster a culture of belonging within your organizations. Diana will also explore why the cultivation of belonging is a strategic imperative for organizational success.

This opportunity aims to support not only individual learning but also an organizational shift, fostering a strong culture of inclusivity and belonging.
