Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Aperion Management Group, Central Oregon’s first and only Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) that specializes in Homeowners Association (HOA) management.

Katie has over 20 years of experience in the HOA management industry and founded Aperion Management Group just over 10 years ago. Katie currently holds accreditations with Community Associations Institute as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA – 2006), an Association Management Specialist (AMS -2012) and is one of only 2,500 Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM), in the world, which she received in 2014. Aperion Management Group has received several acknowledgements as well, including small business of the year in 2017 from the Bend Chamber and Small Business of the Year – Consumer Services from the American Business Awards in 2019. Katie has vast knowledge of running companies, hiring/managing teams and creating/maintaining client relations. While it’s well known that Katie excels in business acumen, what you might not know is that you shouldn’t challenge her to a cupcake bake off, as you’ll probably lose.

I’ve been working for Aperion Management for over 4 years, and had zero experience in HOA’s before that. Katie took a chance on me, and I am now a Senior Manager, directing and training a team of three more managers. I have never worked anywhere that values my contributions as an employee, and respects me as a person with other interests, family and obligations more than Katie Anderson and the ownership team at Aperion. Katie truly “walks the walk” when it comes to her passion for educated and happy staff, and excellent HOA leadership!

Congratulations Katie! It is such a privilege to be a part of the culture you designed and continue to develop. Truly you created an atmosphere where both employees and clients feel valued. The positive and encouraging impact you make can be felt all through the central Oregon. The evidence speaks for itself by Aperion Management Group’s award for “Best Small Business” of the year in 2017. Katie is a champion of the human spirit and if you ever sat down with her over a cup of coffee, or a set of governing documents, then you too felt that cheer for your personal success!
