We have brought this panel together to talk about how they are advocating for diverse and inclusive environments and how they are advancing women in the workplace; obstacles women are facing e.g. returning to the workforce, obtaining child care (an obstacle the Bend Chamber is in the process of trying to remove), along with other barriers women are facing. Our goal is to dig a little deeper into this theme and hear about the panelists’ real life experiences working with male advocates or being a male advocate.
Our panelists include:
Mariah DiDomenicio, Sr. Project Engineer, Skanska
Coby Horton, Regional President, US Bank
Luann Abrams, Founder, CEOX
Megan Norris, Childcare Accelerator
Jeff Kitchens, Field Manager, Bureau of Land Management
