Another, more expensive project is looming for the residents of Bend. Do you know what it is? How will it impact you now and into the future? Did you know this project could cost twice as much as the Surface Water Project?
During this month’s Town Hall Forum on April 20, the Bend Chamber invites the community to take a look at the plans for Bend’s Sewer System with our all-star City of Bend panel including City Manager Eric King, Public Works Director Paul Rheault, City Engineer Tom Hickman, Community Development Director Mel Oberst, Bend Business Advocate Jon Skidmore, and Finance Director Sonia Andrews. We will explore the process on how we, as a city, should move forward on this project as well as discuss the formation of a stakeholder group.
Get valuable information and explore ideas from the ground floor as the city starts to delve into this $140 to $170 million project.
This is a great time for you to get involved in Town Hall and make a difference in infrastructure projects within the city! The City of Bend wants to hear from you!
