Jotul North America and Fireside team up to support clean air efforts with woodstove change out program

This summer, Jotul North America (Jotul NA) is partnering with dealers nationwide to implement their third annual Woodstove Change out Program.

From June 8 through August 31, consumers can replace their current non-EPA-certified stoves and receive up to $300 off when purchasing a new Jotul gas or wood product at Fireside. For all purchases at Fireside, Jotul will make a donation to Operation BBQ Relief in support of their disaster relief work.

Inspired by federally-led change out programs around the U.S., Jotul NA is the first manufacturer to implement its own change out program, encouraging wood stove owners to become more environmentally friendly.

Because EPA-certified wood stoves emit approximately 70 percent less pollution than older conventional stoves, owners who make the change from a non-EPA stove can directly impact local air quality. In addition to being environmentally friendly, EPA-certified stoves can be 50 percent more efficient and burn up to 1/3 less wood than older models.
