The City of Bend utility customers are now able to pay their bills and review their accounts using a new automated phone system.
The system is available every day from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Representatives will still be available to assist customers on the phone and in-person during regular business hours.
The customer service phone number for both automated and live services of the Utility Billing Customer Service Department is 541-388-5515.
In addition, customers who are in jeopardy of service termination for non-payment will begin receiving payment reminder calls from an automated dialing system rather than a representative. This change is expected to take place later this month.
