Take a tour of Bend Spay and Neuter Project’s new facility

On Thursday, April 21, Bend Spay and Neuter Project and the Bend Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting event from 4 – 6 p.m. at Bend Spay and Neuter Project’s new location, 910 SE Wilson Ste. A-1. All are invited to tour the new facility!

Bend Spay and Neuter Project was founded in 2005 and has since performed over 45,000 spay and neuter surgeries for local pets and outdoor cats in need. In addition to performing free and affordable spay/neuter surgeries, Bend Spay and Neuter Project  provides affordable vaccinations, microchips and parasite prevention for pets in need throughout Central Oregon. The HOPE Pet Food Bank, a collaboration between Bend Spay and Neuter Project and Bend Pet Express, provides free pet food for up to three pets per household every month.

Bend Spay and Neuter Project is thrilled to announce their grand opening in their new location, which is much larger and will allow for growth and expansion of services over the next five years. Twist Cocktails and Deschutes Brewery will provide drinks, and light vegetarian appetizers will be provided by Birdie’s Café. Tours of the new facility will be provided, as well as opportunities to learn more about volunteering and donating. Everyone is invited to celebrate, including friendly dogs on leash!
