Pahlisch Homes, the leading new home builder in the Northwest, has relocated its corporate and Central Oregon regional office to the northwest corner of Bond and Wilson in the Old Mill District.
“The need to relocate our office for more space is a great sign of the healthy economy that we are engaged in,” said Sales & Marketing Director Jason Myhre. “We have seen tremendous growth in our business over the last four years and the need to increase our support staff to maintain our high level of customer service has led to this moment.”
Pahlisch Homes, once serving only the Central Oregon region, now builds throughout the state as well as Central and Southwest Washington.
“The demand in the market over the last five years has called us beyond Central Oregon and has forced us to reach throughout Oregon and into Washington.” said Dan Pahlisch, owner and vice president. “We now have five regional offices that need a larger central support team in order to maintain our quality and value in every location. It is a good problem to have and the new location affords us room for continued growth.”
Pahlisch Homes has over 100 team members throughout the different regional locations with the Central Oregon office covering over 60 percent of them. Bend has been the corporate office location since moving from the Willamette Valley and will continue to serve the different regions.
