Old Mill District welcomes Shoe Inn

Shoe Inn has just opened their second location in Bend in the Old Mill District. The new location offers the same wide selection of well-known brands that the original location carries.

“We’ve been part of the Bend community for more than 25 years, and we are looking forward to enhancing our local presence even further with our new shop in the iconic Old Mill District,” said founder and owner, Karen Saunders. “Now we will be able to serve our customers conveniently and easily from both SW and NE Bend, and become part of the vibrant retail community at the Old Mill.”

The main goal of the Shoe Inn is ensuring that its customers look and feel good in comfortable shoes for men, women and children. The shop offers a wide range of top shoe brands such Dansko, Aetrex, Alegria, Clarks, Haflinger, Naot, Rieker, SAS, Ugg, Oofos, Wolky, Vionic and Ziera as well as a limited selection of Keen, Merrell and Teva. The staff places an emphasis on special ordering for clients to ensure the perfect fit.

In addition to shoes, Shoe Inn at the Old Mill District will carry socks by Goodhew/Sockwell, Fits and Smartwool, plus a selection of Vera Bradley handbags, luggage and blankets. Shoe Inn is family owned and operated by Karen Saunders and her daughter Taniah Evens, who serves as a manager and merchandise buyer, as well as a talented, customer service focused staff.

The store’s original location off NE Highway 20 will remain open and the new store will be located at 655 SW Powerhouse Drive, between Vanilla Urban Threads and Red Robin.
