BendBroadband’s Jazz at the Oxford

Single-show tickets for BendBroadband’s Jazz at the Oxford are now available.

BendBroadband’s Jazz at the Oxford is an annual jazz series held at the OXFORD hotel, featuring five weekends of Jazz entertainment beginning Oct. 23 and running through March 19.

The series passes have already sold out. This season’s series lineup features appearances by national recording artist Sheila E. performing with her father, Jazz legend, Pete Escovedo, three time Grammy nominee and B3 organ master Joey DeFrancesco, a return visit for pianist extraordinaire Darrell Grant, a taste of New Orleans’s Jazz courtesy of Reggie Houston and Charmaine Neville, and the latin flair of an ensemble led by Bobby Torres.

“We are very proud to be offering our sixth season of BendBroadband’s Jazz at the Oxford. Energizing downtown Bend, especially during the winter months, is a top priority. It is our pleasure to contribute to the growth of arts and culture in our community,” said Ben Perle, regional vice president of Oxford Corporate. “Each year, we have made refinements in an effort to provide the best possible service, ambiance and great food and beverage options. The community has been incredibly supportive, with each show being sold out year after year. ”

Perle continued “In addition, we are pleased to announce that the very popular Music Education Workshops will continue, hosted by Georges Bouhey. The free workshop is a labor of love for Georges, as our artists share their experiences and skills with students of all ages.”
