Description and Details: Do you love photographing your family and friends? Maybe you have lighting equipment, but are unsure of how to use it. Perhaps you even dream of having your own studio? Whether you simply want to shoot great portraits or you plan to become a professional, understanding lighting is essential.
Especially for beginners and those frustrated with their lack of understanding of lighting, the Introduction to Strobe Lighting & Studio Portraiture one-day workshop is a must. You will leave with a clear understanding of how lights work, the characteristics and variables of lighting, the different qualities light modifiers achieve, how to shape your subject with light and a whole lot more. You will go from novice to experienced lighting technician. All demonstrations will be done with a model and then you will have the opportunity to take portraits using your own camera.
